I contacted this firm with a simple conveyancing pricing question, but was immediately told I needed a paid family law consultation, which felt unnecessary. I paid for an hour, yet the meeting started late due to no link being sent, and the information I’d provided beforehand was not passed on to the lawyer. Overall, the service felt disorganised and poor. I would not use this firm again.
