Used smith and graham for my dental damages claim and himat sidhu was absolutely fantastic even had his own dental specialist for advice and got me double the compensation i thought I was due,very approachable good communication and always great advice I wouldn't go anywhere else now and definitely recommend 👍 😀

Definitely Avoid using this solicitor for purchasing a house. I was buying a house and the seller was using this solicitor. The solicitor has passed off an incomplete electrical report and the report had been deliberately falsified and these solicitors have passed on the report without checking it correctly

Wouldn't recommend for conveyancing. My original estimate was a total of £1200, a few days before completion I was informed that my new total was £2300 (both totals including what I'd paid for searches). I was never verbally told about 99% of these extra charges being added and it was mostly hidden in complicated paperwork. I was also charged twice for ID checks, as I'd paid for these months prior to completion. I was made to feel like I was an absolute idiot for questioning things as I'm a first time buyer so I obviously had no idea what was going on most of the time. No one would ever take the time to kindly explain something, it always felt like I was being judged. Some of the staff spoke very unprofessionally at times and completely ruined the experience of buying our home. If it wasn't for our lovely estate agents help over the months I don't think we'd have ever made it to a completion date.

I have dealt with Smith and Graham previously, and they were great, so when I needed help again, they were my first port of call. Victoria has been fantastic, professional, friendly and always available when I have needed help. Would rate this company as first class.
