Shoosmiths LLP. A serious conflict of interest was raised but not properly dealt with.They also failed to carry out the required minors’ approval under CPR 21.10. Because of this, funds relating to a deceased minors are still being held by the defendant many years after settlement. They also had us pay persons not entitled to funds out of the estates compensation award incorrectly, and refused to refund it.This reflects serious failings in handling a sensitive matter.
The matter has been raised with SRA over two years however the miniors now adults are still without there compensation for medical negligence resulting in the death there farther and a continued miss-handling of their funds.

Swiitch .... conveyancing... dreadfully slow ... have been trying to sell a (empty) property to an investor since the beginning of June .... and here we are over 4mths later and still waiting for a completion date. I have been buying and selling property for 20yrs and Shoosmiths or Swiitch are The Worse conveyancers I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
An empty property, no real issues, over 4mths without a completion date ... really !!

Would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Not completed registration of my new build house nearly 2 years on, as they were the acting solicitor for the developer, David Wilson. Chase them on a regular basis with no replies.

High class venue with nearby car parks. Note: car parks can get pretty full by 10am on a normal day but at least you can pay over the phone.
