This is a cookie cutter service. I was passionate about my case and how the settlement was initially offered to me so I took every stage seriously and ended up advising the solicitor assigned to my case from this firm instead of the other way round!

From the very first conversation I realised they treat every case in the same way and were not able to advise me personally. I had to do a lot of independent research to understand my leverage in this case and till this day I’m not sure if I got the best possible outcome but I’ve made peace with it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone choose this firm for a settlement case. Also they absolutely do not follow the settlement calculator on their website so don’t bother using it for guidance.

I have to admit that my own prejudice nearly stopped me from choosing an online solicitor for my settlement agreement. I had assumed that the service might feel impersonal or that I wouldn’t get the same level of support as I would from a traditional face-to-face firm. How wrong I was. From the very first contact, the team were professional, approachable, and reassuring.

Every step of the process was explained clearly in plain English, with no jargon or hidden surprises. They were quick to respond to my queries, patient when I needed things repeated or clarified, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the best outcome for me. What really stood out was the combination of efficiency and personal attention — I never once felt like “just another client.”

The whole experience was seamless, stress-free, and far more convenient than I expected. Everything was handled online and over the phone, which saved me a huge amount of time, yet I still felt fully supported throughout. Most importantly, they achieved a result that I was very happy with, and I felt confident and informed at every stage of the process.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If anyone is feeling unsure about using an online solicitor, I’d say don’t let that hold you back — this firm completely changed my mind, and I am grateful for the excellent service they provide
