Unfortunately this is the lowest score I can give them. Check out their website before instructing them and you will see very few qualified staff for two offices. They will be slow as everything has to be referred but also there will be a lot beyond their experience, They will just quote a rule book at you even though it makes no sense. At this point they will dig in rather than look anything up and tell you condescendingly that they are the solicitors, your not and it;s wrong to question them. When you point out cases where other solicitors have managed, the response, there are so many bad apples in our business..What.
