Contact with company over a year ago.
I would not recommend .
They refunded all but the initial consultation fee in the end with my matter a year ago.
Caused unnecessary stress and suffering in an already volatile, stressful & vulnerable situation.
They took my divorce case on and clearly did not have the time to deal with it and should have been honest from the start.
Rushed initial consultation like they were doing me a favour, then scanty ‘help’ afterwards after MUCH waiting and attempts to get help was told the solicitor had “ important family issue to deal with”
“ was not even in the country”
That being the case…..I was not communicated with appropriately.
This Culminated in my finding another company.

Sarah Grant accepted I was not ‘dealt’ with appropriately and informed me they had secretarial shortages, clearly existing issues when I initially stepped into their offices.
I went in expecting a service I simply did not get.
I found a bigger company who seamlessly and efficiently led me through.
Advice:
check prior to enlisting / paying for something that the company actually has the time / staffing / resources to deal with.

My experience with nalu and the family solicitor team was excellent. The professionalism and empathy I had from Nalu was incredible - especially at such an emotional and delicate time of life.

My only criticism (and I say this now with complete understanding of how the process works) is how busy Nalu clearly is, due to the time delay in receiving answers or communication.

But overall an excellent team, and I thoroughly recommend them
