I called around several solicitors in Attleborough, Wymondham, one in Thetford and a couple in Norwich to try to get some documents certified to enable me to get an overseas pension paid into my UK account. I was surprised when I was told that they either didn't do that service, or they were just too busy to fit me in! In fact I believe I'm still waiting for several of them to call me back with appointments. Disappointing
Rudlings not only fitted me in, they initially said call back in the morning then we will tell you when we can fit you in on the same day. Then the receptionist called me back and offered me a slot within 30 minutes, if I could get there!. I wont tell you the fee, but it was really affordable and I was done and dusted within 15 mins.
The staff that dealt with me were exceptionally polite.

On the dealings I've had with Marcus Chapman, it's been pretty terrible. Communication is awful, trying to make him understand anything is like pulling teeth. Needed someone calm and collected, and he was almost the opposite with dramatics. Massive waste of time.
