Very unprofessional! They pretend to be lawyers but actually not even qualified!
They breach 'data protection act, privacy and confidentiality' by asking all personal questions Infront of other clients and colleagues!
Very shamelessly unprofessional and like Connie!
They can't even speak English properly...

I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your firm. My experience was extremely disappointing, as I found the solicitors involved to be unprofessional, lacking in proper communication, and inattentive to the needs of my case. The level of service I received did not meet the professional standards I expected. I request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate measures be taken to address these issues.

Did NOT do there job what so ever, have been waiting 1 and a half year to not get any results, Kashif messed my case up very badly and azar had nothing to say about it but argue with me.
I would not recommend, stay away from Roundhay Soliicitors/ Beechwood Solicitors. They will accept your case just to ether mess it up, or do nothing at all about it, waste of my time.
They dont do any work when your not there watching them, the only time they work on your case is when your actually there with them otherwise they just put you to the back of the queue and forget about you.
My official document have been stuck at the home office/ liverpool passport office with threats of disguardment but no help is being provided by this firm.
DO NOT USE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR TIME WASTED.
