Awful! Instructed to extend a lease. Extended but with so many errors. The response:
‘We were instructed to extend it, not to check its right’.

Other solicitors have told me that as a duty of care to a client and through due diligence this should’ve been done!

I now have two solicitors working to correct it who are ‘lost for words’ at the attitude!!

Also just over quoted for some conveyancing work for my parents. Trying to rip off 70 year olds.

Do not go near this company!
