To good to be true! I was wary at first after seeing an ad on Facebook and not being familiar with RLK solicitors.i had a Google myself and decided to proceed with my claim.
I was put under no pressure at all and was given time to read through the documents and ask any questions.
My doubts were quickly taken away by the prompt and reassuring professional service that I received from RLK. I have received my intial payment already within a month and I am now awaiting a second payment agreed by salon gold. I really didn’t expect this amount of money RLK took everything out of my hands and made things easy for myself. I now feel like I have received some compensation and acknowledgment after being let down by my insurance company of many years at a time when my business needed them the most.
