Since 2006, I’ve been fully aware of identity fraud against me dating back to 2001—multiple people using my name, with one imprisoned over 25 times under it. Yet in April 2024, I was still dragged from my home and taken to OldBury Police Station under a fake name. A solicitor from Riley Hayes pulled up my PNC and saw multiple aliases—clear proof of identity fraud. I called him out on it directly, but he didn’t care. He kept representing me under a false name like it was nothing. The very next day, Birmingham Magistrates’ Court used that fake name again—with an extra ‘S’ tacked on. Riley Hayes flat out refused to give me my own PNC file until I threatened legal action. When I finally got it, it confirmed the name had been deliberately altered.

They still claim to represent me, despite me physically fighting my own case since November 2024. The CPS officially closed the corrupted case on June 21st 2024, under URN 20BW1***5/24, with a formal apology in my direction directly from magistrates bench—but the case was resurrected in October under another fake name, by removing the S, under URN 20BW1***2/24

This isn’t incompetence or a mistake. This is full-on corruption. Riley Hayes are not just failing me—they’re actively part of a system working to destroy me. All of this is to cover up the FULLY PERSONALLY DOCUMENTED MURDER of my son in June 2023 at Birmingham Children’s Hospital—with help from West Midlands Police Chief.

Please please please do not use this firm they are corrupt to the core. With ample evidence.
