Max Riley-Gould, at one of the most challenging times in my life, guided me through every step of the process with expertise, reassurance, and professionalism. I truly believe the positive outcome I achieved was only possible because of Max’s meticulous preparation, sound advice and exceptional advocacy.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation and was assigned a solicitor from Reeds. Her name was Grace Smith and she was absolutely brilliant. I do not usually leave reviews, however I thought Grace deserved her flowers and to be recommended very highly. I was very impressed and pleased with Grace. She is intelligent, compassionate and genuine. She will go right to the top in her field and I hope she has an amazing career as a solicitor. Thank you Grace personally from me.

For 4 months I had dealings with Reeds. Tom Brymer was the solicitor advising me and I also had contact with a few other staff members.
They could not have been kinder or friendlier. For someone who was completely out of his depth and in a situation I had never been in before they made me feel comfortable at all times.
Talking to Tom felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a solicitor.
We had never met before but on our first meeting I knew immediately that I was in safe hands.
He never judged me and neither did any of the staff I had dealings with. All they wanted to do was help a man in an awful position. He gave me a very thorough explanation of every process of the situation I was in. As I had never been involved with anything to do with the law and the court system before this was extremely important for me as I had no idea of what to expect.
As daunting as the whole process was for me the one thing I felt extremely comfortable with was having Tom next to me.
He was always very straight with me and very honest,things I appreciate so much.
How my situation would have turned out without Toms assistance I don’t know so I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone in need.
My situation had a positive conclusion and that is certainly all down to Tom and his fantastic staff.
As much as I hope I am never in a situation where I need Reeds in a professional manner once again I would,without a doubt in my mind,call them immediately.
Without sounding too dramatic Reeds and their amazing staff saved me. I will forever be extremely grateful to everyone there that dealt with me.

I contacted Reeds and spoke with Grace, who was incredibly professional, kind and compassionate during a very dark period in my life. I was then contacted by Tom Brymer, who I instantly got a good feeling from. He answered all my questions in a clear, concise way, and helped prepare me for my PSR interview. I then met Tom and Grace at court, and again they took the time to explain things and set my mind at ease. I ended up getting a really good outcome, and have no doubt in my mind that things could have gone very differently had I not had their support and expertise.
The last 6 weeks of my life have been horrendous, but they would have been that much worse had I not had such the support of professionals who go above and beyond to help their clients. Thank you Tom & Grace for everything, I really appreciate all your help.
