My husband and I were involved in an extremely serious car accident which was not my husband’s fault. Clare Galo dealt with the matter most professionally, achieving the desired result for us. She was efficient, approachable and, obviously, exceptionally good at her job. No negative comments at all just huge appreciation and Thank You.

The worst and most stressful experience ever! I turned to Reeds for a professional service and I felt that they let me down so badly. I was already really stressed and they added to that massively by failing to respond to my calls, emails and texts. It was a time sensitive situation and they messed me around for over a week before totally throwing me under the bus by suddenly saying that they couldn't represent me and to come back to them after the first hearing 😂 not a chance!

I was expecting a professional service and instead I just got to talk to every single receptionist they employ. Each time I spoke to someone I was promised that the matter would be dealt with and I would be called back etc etc. I already suffer from stress and anxiety and Reeds pushed me to my absolute limits. I literally cried every day for 8 days, just trying to speak to a solicitor! They finally reassured me they would represent me and told me it was "in the diary" only to inform me 2 days before the hearing that they were no longer able to. I couldn't sleep at night I was so distraught. I had wasted so much time chasing Reeds in an attempt to access the service their receptionists kept promising I would eventually receive. I honestly didn't know what to do and was really panicking as Reeds simply wasted over a week of my time and left me no further forward. Thankfully another firm based in Kidlington came to my rescue and provided the most amazing service from start to finish 🙏

Obviously your experience with Reeds may be different to mine (i very much doubt that it could be any worse, in my personal opinion). As such, I cannot and will not recommend them and would have given zero stars if it had been an option.
