I just want to say, thank you so much to Megan Robinson and Matthew harbinson for you amazing work on my case, this firm should be an award winning company, Megan kept me inundated on what was going on, she is an absolute gem. At my lowest points this lady alone pulled me up and helped me. If anyone is looking for a case worker Megan is amazing. Matthew harbinson is an absolute amazing solicitor who stays completely professional at all times and really listen's. I won my case because of Megan and Matthew’s determination I am so so grateful to these two people alone. I couldn’t have done it without these two. Credit where credit is due and these two people alone need recognition for the hard work and dedication they give on a daily basis not just to me but to other too.

Avoid this law firm at all cost.

After confronting an intruder in my home, I was arrested for threats to kill. Thinking common sense would prevail and not having the ability to search for legal representation whilst in custody their firm represented me in the police station.

I later got charged with Armed Robbery, they were clearly out of their depth and far more geared up to the low level stuff that come in and out of police stations on a daily basis.

I was charged 18months after the incident, panicking I called them up as they had represented me in the police station. They did not explain any of the process to me of what I was facing, were not contactable at all and out of the blue they said they had a conflict of interest and couldn't represent me, yet still not returning the fee in full. After that I couldn't get hold of them at all.

When your facing a situation that undoubtedly will require a knowledge base that you do not poses, this company will create significantly more issues than they will resolve.

I got the desired outcome in the end, but this firm put that at real jeopardy.

Reeds Solicitors are used in Mental Health Tribunals. The Welsh solicitor took the side of the psychiatrist and failed to even meet me before the tribunal as promised. She failed to challenge the report and she was going to look into the matter. Reeds Solicitors ensured I was detained against my will longer than necessary in a psychiatrist hospital. It seems they only help real criminals not the innocent.
