Just had a phone call with one of their so-called “professionals” and I’m honestly lost for words. The man (Zorabeer Rai) was unbelievably rude — zero manners, zero patience, and zero clue what he was even talking about. I’ve never come across someone so arrogant and unprofessional in a place that’s supposed to help people.

He spoke to my father in law with no respect whatsoever. The attitude was completely out of line — talking over us, giving nonsense answers, and acting like he’s doing us a favour by simply picking up the phone. If this is how they treat people, I dread to think how they handle anyone’s legal matters.

This firm is an absolute joke. Totally incompetent, disorganised, and pathetic beyond words. Stay as far away as possible — they don’t deserve clients, let alone anyone’s trust.

Mr Rai has always given honest advice. He even recommends solutions online so we don't have to pay him to do the work

Used for conveyancing. They were very quick to respond to calls and emails and very thorough in all elements of work. Would definitely recommend!

He was very quick to make decisions in my favour. To the point and wasted no time. I was very pleased when left. Unfortunately, could not assist me in a quite a difficult and sensitive case, but pointed me in the right direction with relevant advice. I found him to be very honest and knowledgeable. Based on this, I have given four stars.
