Rahman and Lowe were fantastic, everyone I spoke to from receptionist to partner was highly professional and helpful. Zillur Rahman managed my case (workplace redundancy), he was knowledgeable, supportive and provided very helpful guidance. Quick response and dealt with smoothly. In particular, the solicitor Shahid Choudhury was professional, clear, and provided a detailed overview (and advice) on contract terms/clauses. The follow-ups were actioned as promised and on time. This was appreciated. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is based on the secretary who would benefit from perhaps some training (as well as greater attention to detail), and slightly clearer confirmations ahead of services by team (this does not relate to the solicitor Shahid who was very much on point).
