Having used the biggest solicitors in Hartlepool for our previous property sale and purchase who gave the absolute worst of service we decided to use R Bell & Son for our next purchase. Their service was absolutely superb. Everything was done on time. We had calls from Mr Creed to update us as we went through the process. We even had in office appointments where our actual solicitor went through everything with us. We wouldn't use anyone else now. To anyone buying, beware of recommendations from estate agents - there is usually a kick back to them if you use their recommended solicitors. Bells may not have many reviews but they're consistently high.

Mr. Creed was so helpful when working with us to buy our first house. The staff in reception were great with communication and kept us updated throughout the process.
