PURE LAW CRIMINAL DEFENCE

I have used Purelaw for many years now, suffice too say they have never let me down. First time meeting Nathan in the magistrates court a few days ago. I was, through no fault of my own, unfortunately involved in a serious legal matter, and like most, I opted for a duty solicitor who was present at the police station, which, in hindsight, was where my problems started and continued on, all the way to court.

After coming to my senses, I quickly sacked my duty solicitor and by Pure Luck, found a local solicitors, not too far from my home, called Pure Law. Best move I ever made. Period. I couldn't have chosen a better solicitor, not only did Nathan look the part, you know when someone has a swagger about them, gives you a sense of assuredness, well, he had this in spades, putting my nerves at ease, but also brilliant beating the opposition handedly. Needless to say, he won my case and I walked out of court a free man.

The whole team, from the girls in the office to the solicitors in court, couldn't have been nicer or made the whole process easy as going to court could be. So if you want Pure Class in the courtroom, pick Pure Law.

I have used Pure Law previously for others matters, when I received a charge for failing to stop & report an accident even though this was not the case.

The prosecution were trying to use technicalities to make the charges hold. I had several Solicitors at Pure Law (Gemma Morgan / Molly turner) working on the case at different times who provided sound council and pushed the CPS to have the charges dropped stating the legislation.

On the day in court Thomas James Trobe was outstanding, he was assertive in highlighting the prosecutions contradictions vigorously and during the trial found legislation that substantiated my position, which was supported by the magistrates. I was found not guilty of the 2 charges.

I was charged with ABH, originally had Molly Turner represent me at station then had Nathan Jones from the Plea hearing onwards. Nathan was amazing & everything he stated came to fruition. Charges were lowered before trial then dropped thanks to Nathan's work leading up to the trial date.
