Erin is a superb solicitor who made our recent house purchase incredibly easy and stress free. Her communication in the latter part of the sale was excellent and meant we were able to keep the estate agent up to date which helped the sale progress smoothly. We've used several conveyancing solicitors in the North Wales area but Erin is worlds above the rest, she will be our go to from now on and we definitely recommend her. The admin in the office are also brilliant and always happy to answer any questions over the phone.

Almost cost me the sale of property with the slow progress, A series of questions with long gaps in between. Questions very similar but all need to be replied too. Honestly, speed is not a virtue here so I would recommend asking for a time line in advance. Fixed price deals not always the best.
