I can recommend Protopapas highly and I speak as a claimant against its client (defendant)! To manage costs, following ground work by litigation solicitors I elected the direct access counsel route and (to my surprise) was able to interact directly with the client's solicitor Michael Michael. Although of course acting in the interests of his client, he was able to bring a claim that had lasted well over 2.5 years (attracting considerable costs) to a swift and seemingly mutually acceptable resolution in days, without the need to go to court and all the 'cognitive load' and huge costs attached. Michael is a kind reasonable man demonstrating excellent knowledge, superb people skills and efficiency, taking the matter off both parties to draw the matter to a swift conclusion and settlement (by gentle discussion, and of course only where possible). Thank you for relieving me of this significant burden Michael, saving the court's time in this unfortunate case, noting of course that that you were predominantly acting in your client's interests. Well done!
