The worst solicitor I have ever dealt with.
They failed to carry out their work properly, leaving everything until the last minute and ultimately missing key deadlines. As a result of their delays and lack of diligence, I was forced to pay for a new property valuation report when the original one expired.
The report they sent me contained numerous basic errors that should have been picked up before being issued, demonstrating a clear lack of attention to detail and quality control.
If you are looking for a competent and proactive solicitor, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have recently discovered a fundamental defect in my property’s title plan that dates back to their original handling of my purchase. They failed to ensure the Land Registry boundaries matched the lease, incorrectly replicating the freehold plan instead. They have demonstrated a staggering lack of professional care. If you value your time, your money, and your mental health, avoid this firm at all costs. I will be taking this matter to the Legal Ombudsman.
