I can't recommend Price & Kelway highly enough. During what was a particularly stressful and uncertain time, Iestyn stepped in and immediately put my mind at ease. From our very first conversation, he was professional, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and, above all, exceptionally prompt in everything he did.

Communication was excellent throughout, and every question or concern was dealt with quickly and clearly. What could have become a long and difficult process was handled efficiently, giving me complete confidence that everything was in safe hands.

Terrible! I used this company when I purchased my property, the sale took 9 months! Even though I informed them that I did not have a permanent address and any paperwork that I needed to sign, I would need to call into the office, they continually posted it out to an address I had already left. These documents had my personal details on. Even my receipt and survey AFTER the sale had completed!
Unfortunately when I had to sell my property, the buyer used Price and Kelway, much to my dismay. They like to blame the other solicitors involved in the sale/purchase for how long everything takes, never accepting any accountability for how long things drag on! Would not recommend!!!

Extremely poor service regarding conveyancing. I recieved a letter with my name but someone else's personal details on it (presumably a sloppy cut and paste issue), after pointing out the personal data (GDPR) issue the information was ignored and the issue not addressed.

A year down the line and Im am still finding out things which they were supposed to do as conveyancers but haven't, including specific things which I spoke to them about. I spoke with the National Grid about one specific things, to which I found out that Price and Kelway are known by them/their employees as being very poor quality and not completing their work properly. Finally, I specifically asked for some information and they gave me incorrect answers which has cost me money despite paying them to look up such information.

Having asked around locally since having used them, it appears that they dont have a good reputation. I would avoid.

Unfortunately I have to rate them 1 as I believe I was misadvised at great cost (£1000+). My entire family was with me in the consultation and all agree the solicitor said that a certain document would be usable for certain proceedings.

However that turned out not to be the case. I queried the solicitor and they are feigning ignorance and are "sorry for not being clear originally". My family and I aren't fools, we know and remember what they said. However unfortunately for us we did not get anything the solicitor said in writing.

I would avoid this firm. If you do go with them ask for a written copy of all advice received and make sure it reflects what they said out loud.

Sarah and Trish went above and beyond to support us with our first home purchase and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a few setbacks due to other components during the process and they handled it (and me) with professionalism, patience, and kindness throughout. Thank you both so much for your help.
