Forget the one star reviews below as this company now has a new receptionist. I would 100% recommend paying the money for a solicitor from this company as the advice and support they give you, especially on the court date, was incredibly helpful. You need to do some homework to provide them with the correct paperwork etc beforehand - in my case a totting-up speeding offence. If youre going to choose a motoring offence solicitor team then choose these guys.

Receptionist, rude, thinking a lot of herself, requested £250 paid upfront for one hour consultation. No assurance, compassion or understanding, if people need solicitors it’s not for fun it’s because they facing stressful situation, I have been traumatised by that conversation , also I don’t like to be builded to pay first and they taking advantage of people in need.

Absolutely disappointed. Constantly chasing and never hearing anything back. Constantly phoning and emailing never getting anything back. Receptionist is so rude and says she will get back to you and then nothing yet again you are left to chase. When seeking out advice, told to go here there and everywhere end up getting hold of the court yourself. When phoning to chase up a previous phone call receptionist gets very annoyed and states what she said last time. Would not recommend at all. For someone who’s supposedly on your side during the hardest part of your life, never there and never offering advice. Luckily we had a barrister who went above and beyond. But if we didn’t definitely would have been lost and not listened to. Would only let me submit if i put a star otherwise would have put none.

The receptionist, hello £180 please before I talk to you. Absolute waste of time, ive written the money off and gone elsewhere. Chase, chase chase, not interested in any shape or form with my driving case.
