I would avoid using these solicitors like the plague. I used them when a motorist knocked me off my scooter and they won the case but was so hard to contact. Nobody ever answers the phone and on top of that when it came time for them to pay the compensation they did not collect the full payment from the insurers. PJW assured me they would chase for the money outstanding and I have heard nothing back from them and its been almost a year now. The phone rings and nobody answers. I send emails and nobody replies. So again, avoid PJW like the plague.

I started a claim in Oct 2020. Took all my details, pictures of injury and then no responsefron them. A person named Luz Cooper rang me then ignored all my emails. I thought they were different and will help. Waste ofctine as time is wasted waiting for a response.
