Not the best at communicating with their clients as I Had to ring 6 times on 6 different occasions to get someone to call me back for a basic query about inheritance that they were conducting on behalf of my family.

Very very disappointed with the fact they put their costs before helping people who cannot afford the large amount of money they want up front before acting for them.
When will they realise not everyone can afford £500 up front before doing anything.
