Visited Pincent Mason’s offices in Birmingham as part of a briefing meeting with my work- the people are professional and friendly, the facilities are excellent and 55 Colmore Rd is an exceptional refurbished building.

Truly shocked about the standards and strategies of Eleanor Gow and her misinformation about neurodiversity and vulnerable claimants. Complaint made and will be escalated further. Those strategies don’t end claims, but harm vulnerable people.

It is concerning when a junior associate as Ms Gow using bullying strategies of trying to put several people against one vulnerable disabled person. Their PTSD should not be an opportunity. Ms Gow speaking in an aggressive insecure way. I was also very concerned about Ms Gows statements that autism doesn’t exist before a diagnosis. Is it Ms Gows poor education on Neurodiversity or Pinsent Masons? I believe Ms Gow is not fit for being a solicitor and a complaint is made to the SRA.
I can reassure Ms Gow not being successful with her poor strategies as no matter how much harm she intents to put in this claim isn’t going away, also her clients will be at High Court for personal injury. She cannot get that terrible act of discrimination and harm to an end without the public knowing.

Office Building. Was there for a meeting. Not well sign posted. Reception staff extremely polite and helpful. Meeting room facilities good.
