How to start.
After 6 years of harassment and stalking from a neighbour who is in council housing. There was nothing out there to help myself as a private landlord.
All the authorities didn’t seem to want to do anything, I was reported to councils, police and child services with malicious allegations to the point where I was interviewed under caution, in my own opinion entrapment allegations. I was advised by police to take myself and child to see the doctor over suicidal thoughts and also the police couldn’t help a private house hold against a council house.
I contacted at least 40 solicitors to help. Only Dawn Kiddy accepted. The rest didn’t want to touch it. Since Dawn has been in my families life, things have gotten so much better. She has been there over email with comforting thoughts and also reassured myself that I was right and had rights to live by. As the neighbour tried to take my rights away as a human living and paying a mortgage. As soon as Dawn made a move in addressing the situation, my child for the first time in 3 years went outside in our back garden and played. Not only did she do her thing, she has made a big change on our families future and anxiety. We can’t sell the house as we would be liable if we didn’t declare and there has been problems with previous tenants and im a guy who wouldn’t prosecute the guy who sold it to me as he’s elderly and had heart transplants. I’ve had 6 years of hell and then Dawn came along!! Priceless!!
