Been dealing with different solicitors for the past 20 years I've never came across any solicitor as bad as t Peter Dunn Sunderland office!
They asked for undertaking fee from my solicitor as a seller. Paid them then they came back to us saying they would need the undertaking from the buyers solicitor. So they paid them as well which means Peter Dunn got paid twice! Yet 6 months later the deal has not been done and every time I try to talk to them they say the solicitor that deals with the case either on holiday or not in the office!
Worst experience.

Unfortunately the worst experience I’ve ever had with solicitors, seemed disinterested from the start, really would have been better if they just said “this is not for us “ wasted six months, takes weeks to respond , very frustrating on top of an already distressing situation . Terminated contract and they don’t even ask why.
Contacted another Sunderland firm of solicitors, breath of fresh air ! More done in two weeks than in last 6 months.

Ann-Marie Lee dealt with My Mam's Lasting Power of Attorney. She was very professional and approachable and answered any queries we had very promptly and the process was seamless . I would definitely recommend Ann-Marie .
