Very poor and devious service. Initially he took 2 weeks to send my brother and I the terms and conditions after our initial meeting in February 2025. He then sat on doing probate work and did nothing for a further 9 weeks in order to benefit my Stepmothers family, regarding my Father's and her will. He then made it extremely difficult and time consuming for us to cease the contract with him, despite emails which he either didn't respond to or took at least a week or more to respond to. He didn't keep us informed at all despite the fact that my brother and I were joint executors with my Stepmother. He seemed to act solely for her.
