Appalling.
Nearly ten months later they are still failing to settle a will.
They persistently ignore emails and phone calls. When I finally got a reply, they were chasing me off the phone without a care in the world, but admitted 'short staffing' was an issue.
I will be moving to an Ombudsman complaint next week to attempt not only to get them to pay out the money they appear to be sitting on or not gathering in, but also to hand over information legally requested from them which they are ignoring/ghosting demands for.
I note another review from a month ago advising they were ghosted by them also.
When a private company starts ghosting calls and not paying out, it's a serious red flag.
Unprofessional, unacceptable and beyond infuriating to deal with.
Avoid.
