I'm glad to see from the other reviews that this solicitor does a good job. However, I did not get that far. He was abrupt on the phone, assumed I had understanding of how the law works without checking, and gave me a brief, unrequested lecture. I don't usually write bad reviews, and I recognise that a short phone call does not give me much information about his work. Nevertheless, and despite his evident (from the reviews) skills, I won't approach him again for any future work, I am sure there are plenty of polite solicitors out there.

David came in and took over a transaction that was suffering from the previous solicitors. He moved it through with pace, professionalism, and a thoroughness that I really appreciated. Got me through before the stamp duty change.
