Wouldn't massively recommend PW Moody. They looked after my house purchase but were slow to respond, not very helpful with very short working hours, and Peter himself left on holiday just before my house was due to complete, leaving it in the hands of a fairly vague junior.

Fees were reasonable but choose someone else who communicates better and has a more helpful outlook, would be my advice!

Also was told 5 months after I'd completed that the paperwork still wasnt complete due to a 'bank issue' - having heard nothing in between....
