I approached Owen White and Caitlin to help me with child arrangement proceedings in family law, and I was truly shocked by the exceptional service I received. As a legal aid customer, my previous experiences had been disappointing, but Owen White & Caitlin completely changed that perspective.
I was treated with the same level of care and attention as any paying customer, which was a refreshing change. My solicitor, Tia Oxlade, represented me throughout the year-long process, and I can’t praise her enough. Tia was incredibly efficient and professional from the start. She truly understood me as a person and treated me as an individual, rather than just another case. She took the time to understand my triggers, how I process things, and always made sure I had the space and time to reflect on decisions—particularly when I acted impulsively with my instructions. She truly wanted the best outcome for me and that showed throughout.

I wanted to share the brilliant experience we recently had selling our home and buying a new one in Twickenham. Both our sale and purchase were expertly handled by Henna Lynch, ably assisted by James and I cannot speak more highly of them. Moving home is an incredibly stressful experience, but on first meeting Henna she had an approach which was so incredibly professional, but with a calming and reassuring personality to make you feel whatever happens, Henna and her team have everything covered - even down to small details, processes and elements others would of missed. There was not a point in the process where we had to chase Henna, she covered not only the basics but made sure every element that needed to be considered was and ended up being the most organised and efficient solicitor out out of the three in the chain.
