I am deeply dissatisfied with this solicitors firm. They took my money quickly but failed to provide proper legal assistance. From the start, I was told my consumer law case was strong. Then, incredibly, the day before the court hearing, I was suddenly told that I might lose. This was shocking, stressful, and completely unprofessional.

They should never have taken my case in the first place. It became very clear that consumer law is not their area of expertise. Their main focus appears to be immigration and visa-related matters, and anything outside of that seems to be handled poorly.

I received no proper preparation for court, no clear guidance, and no meaningful support. I felt abandoned at a critical moment, after already having paid their fees. It felt like their priority was collecting money rather than representing my interests.

I would strongly advise people to stay away unless your matter is strictly immigration-related, as that seems to be the only area they are competent in. Otherwise, save yourself the stress, disappointment, and great financial loss.
I will be taking this further. It is absolutely disgraceful and this firm should be ashamed of themselves.

To make it even worse he had to pay half defendants costs himself. Absolute let down.
