Useless company as they can’t respond to any of your query. I am following up with them since last November over the email to get the information but they reply once after chasing them 10 times that too with no useful response. I am not sure how they are operating. Would not suggest anyone to get their services. I dodged my contract to WSL and octopus legacy took over which is not what we expected in terms of degraded services.

Spoke to Brigette who was amazing right from the start, quoted a very competitive price and put my mind at ease throughout. She organised the solicitor to come home too and made sure everything was in place for this. Very professional and friendly company. Highly recommend!

I researched 'free' will writing services, as myself and my husband have just bought our first house and have substantial savings which we wanted to protect for our children.
At no point was I aware that I had signed up for a subscription service when in actual fact I was researching what our will needed to include to enable us to write our own.
After being charged a subscription fee this week for a service that I have not even used - I would not recommend this to anyone! After contacting customer service, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done as I had signed up for the service and would need to cancel my subscription myself! I didn't even want a subscription, I didn't even use any part of the service!!
We have since chosen to accept the offer from our mortgage broker who has provided us with a private solicitor who is writing out wills for us as we speak.
Bottom line, if you can afford to complete your will with a reputable solicitor and one who sets a clear pricing structure and understands exactly what you want, go for it. Don't waste your time with this scam company, it's not worth the hassle or the wasted money!

Certainly would not recommend this company. Had no idea I had signed up to an annual subscription. No advance notice or warning payment was to be taken. I wonder how many vulnerable people they catch out and take advantage of doing this. I email customer service, they were not interested in the slightest about resolving the issue and I have many hidden disabilities, and symptoms like brain fog, memory issues, trust. So they have taken money from my account with no prior warning, I guess they do it this way as if people knew, they would cancel it. Avoid at all costs. Taking advantage of vulnerable people.
