Stress, waste of time and money with this company! They are not even able to do a proper check! They should review their working methods because this will not bring them anything good.
Lack of communication and 0 support from them. Just a disregard for the client's money.

One of the greatest error of my life to choose them dealing with a house bought on auction!send them everything needed, funds,bank statements, I'd checks, to let me down saying they are not satisfied with 8 days before the dead time!made me lost around 20k the deposit that is non refundable!hope you will lose 10x and see you in court!don't choose them,they are slow,replying sometimes after 2 days,they don't understand most of the time plus I think they don't know what they are doing!

Handled our house sale quickly and promptly. However the speed in which they acted caused a significant error on their behalf. They did not complete their checks to ensure the house sale was completed correctly. Unfortunately they were not able to acknowledge their mistake which led to a great deal of stress. Having sought advice from a probate solicitor, they advised us to complain to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Be careful choosing this firm as they may miss important details.

We recently used Nyland and Beattie through a package with Academy Estate Agents for both buying and selling our home, and the experience was outstanding. Sammi and Luke were professional, efficient, and always kept us informed at every stage. Communication was clear and timely, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Sammi answered every single question we had and was so lovely.
