The firm charged me 70% of the agreed fee for a transaction that was never completed and took much longer than the timescales advertised on their website. Communication was clear but slow and delayed, while I responded promptly to every email.
This process was very stressful and disappointing. I cannot recommend this firm, as it caused unnecessary frustration and delays.

I needed help with a remortgage and found Nick Brundall Solicitors. They are brilliant, friendly and efficient. They kept me up to date with everything that was happening. I will gladly use them again and highly recommend them. I cannot Thank them enough. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible.
