Absolutely disgusting attitude she clearly was not interested because i am entitled to legal aid due to the mentioned DV meaning she wouldn't get paid thousands straight away... MRS PARSONS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF YOUR NASTY VILE AND NOT AN OUNCE OF COMPASSION.... id suggest a rethink of career

Recently had some property conveyancing carried out from practice in Stanley. Excellent customer service and communication inside good timeframe at reasonable cost. Would certainly engage in the future and strongly recommend.... unfortunately still didn't go through!!

Used this firm for our house purchase. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thorough, professional and very friendly and approachable. Managed to complete the whole process really swiftly and without any hiccups. Really great firm to deal with.

Have used twice for conveyancing and both times they've sorted everything with a personal touch. One house move involved a lot of hassle from others in the chain and Stuart/team were diplomatic throughout. All monies, etc transferred smoothly and we will use again if we move in the future!

Awful solicitors, totally incompetent and very unhelpful arrogant manner. Caused more stress, I would not recommend them.

I wanted to go with co-op solicitors but these refused to renounce executorship of parents will. They then messed up the house sale by not noticing it wasn't being marketed with the estate agent they picked which resulted in it getting very overgrown and everything taking a lot longer. Found a better estate agent and got them to use them and the estate agent said they were the worst they've ever dealt with. To cap it off they charged more that the co-op would have.
