I used to be a long-standing and devoted customer of Newton's. However, after my most recent experience, I will never use them again. Hundreds of pounds spent on "advice" which was utterly worthless or frankly non-existent, and emails left unanswered. ChatGPT would have provided a better service. It's experiences like this that give solicitors a bad name, and justifiably so.

My partner and I were already very pleased with Newtons Solicitors Thirsk when we bought our flat in 2021. Now this time we needed their services as we both needed new wills. Alison Brown was in charge and she did excellent work and was patient when explaining the legal language we were less familiar with. We are happy to give her and Newtons five star. Everyone is well deserved.

My experience with Newtons in Thirsk was brilliant from start to finish everything was explained as clearly and in as much depth as necessary, nothing was too much trouble and they really take time to care about their clients and truly look after them. Newtons were once again fantastic in dealing with the purchase of my property. I have used Howard many times and would never go anywhere else. I never have to ring up and chase anything. Howard is fantastic with his communications and kept me updated every step of the way. The whole team are a credit to Newtons. The purchase went through very smoothly all down to how well it was handled and I am now in my dream home!. Highly recommend.
