So glad we decided to go with Newton’s in Ripon. Couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. Catherine made sure our first time buying a home went really smoothly, covered all ground and always replied to us promptly. Newtons (Ripon branch) took care of the recent sale of my house. I was initially apprehensive about the potential stresses and difficulties that may have been entailed, but Newtons (Catherine in particular) made sure that the whole process was very smooth and straightforward from start to finish. In the event, there was nothing for me to worry about and Newtons really took care of all the hard work. At the end of the process, the fees were very reasonable and the costs were presented in a transparent and easy to understand format, with no unexpected hidden costs.
After the very positive experience of selling a property with Newtons, I will almost certainly look to use their services again in the future, and would definitely recommend them to others.

Would highly recommend Newtons - Julie Fawcett has always been spot on, I felt very welcome and at ease within a difficult period during my divorce.
