I needed some assistance with a civil case for my sister and Ross at Nelson Guest & Partners Solicitors was recommended by a colleague.

Whilst they couldn’t assist with the Civil Case, we knew that there would eventually be a criminal case and Ross advised us what action we should take when that time arrived and what we needed to do when the police made contact.

With the assistance of Ross, Nicole & Nigel we were helped through all stages including police interviews, Magistrates Court and finally Crown Court. My sister was offering a Guilty Plea, but the case wasn’t straight-forward and we were advised from the beginning that the final outcome would be a custodial sentence. With Ross’s help, knowledge, ability to demonstrate the background to the crime and the circumstances as to why the crime was committed, the final outcome was far better than we could have imagined and my sister came home.
