Not a trustworthy solicitor. My mother’s conveyancing was completed over two years ago, yet she has still not received any of the required paperwork, nor has her property been registered with the Land Registry. Despite taking full payment, the solicitor has failed to provide a final statement or any confirmation of registration.We have been contacting him for over 12 months with no meaningful response. On the rare occasions he did reply, he simply stated that he had been “busy”, but no documents have ever been sent. This level of service is completely unacceptable and has caused significant stress and inconvenience to my elderly mother.
