My partner completed on a property purchase which took a total of nearly 8 months from initial viewing, an absolute shambolic service that I would not recommend to anyone. With no phone communication whatsoever for simple explanations around legals and emails back and forth with Kimberley Kong which were not acknowledged majority of the time.

Checked companies house and Kimberley is the director of the solicitors firm to make matters worse.

Do not make the mistake of going with an online comparison website as the cheapest does not always mean a good service.

Kimberley did not want to explain the basics or engage on the phone whatsoever, no human interaction, no empathy whatsoever. It was very challenging speaking to her the rare occasion we could get her on the phone and safe to say she would speak to you in a very condescending manner. Embarrassingly enough we had to contact the sellers solicitor for clarification around some of the legals who was really helpful.

Considering we paid for a service, the lack of professionalism and people skills Kimberley has is astonishing.

I do not take time to criticize and write reviews and this has taken many months to post, however I do not want others to go through what we did, from incorrect names on contracts to no explanation around legal terms, constant anxiety around getting into contact with her, incorrect charges and dismissing payments already made and not taking them into account.

Avoid if you do not want long winded, unnecessary stress, it will not be a smooth process.

She got the job done efficiently, always responded quickly, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had along the way. We will definitely be using N Legal Solicitors again if we move house in the future, and we would happily recommend them to others.
