We used Mosshaselhurst when purchasing our first house locally in Northwich,
I can't speak for the other reviews and which solicitor they dealt with but Claire Brown was amazing!
Chasing seller solicitors, replying to emails in sometimes under 5 minutes (!!) and even patiently explaining things to me on the phone as it was our first time buying and we had a lot of questions.
After all this they came in under what they initially quoted as an estimate.
Would give 5+ stars if I could!

I contacted by phone Mosshaselhurst over 11 days ago and was told somebody would be in touch.
After not hearing anything after a further 5 days I phoned again.
Apologies we're given and again was told somebody would be in touch.
To date 11 days later I have still not heard from them.
Very disappointed in their customer response.
I always feel that if they are busy then a phone call to say that I hadn't been forgotten would have been acceptable, knowing that I would be dealt with soon.

Clear and concise advise from Gerard who cut through to the issues for us and offered clear options.

Little to no communication. No responses to emails, have to chase and no answer when called or when messages were left. Had the first appointment in January for a document to be drawn up and it still hasn’t been finalised, in October! Very poor service. Would not recommend.
