Moss & Co solicitors literally stopped me from becoming homeless. Through very focused and deliberate direction from members of the team at Moss & Co I was guided through a very complex housing issue where my landlord had served me with a Notice of Seeking Possession due to the bedroom tax. During the whole of the proceedings I was continuously updated on proceedings and when I had questions they were answered promptly and accurately. I simply cannot state enough that without their legal direction and guidance I believe I would be homeless today.
The eventual outcome of the guidance and their legal arguments against the claimant ended in me not only keeping my home and enabling me to facilitate a Mutual Exchange to a smaller property, but also in an out of court settlement which included me getting significant compensation and the claimant pretty much agreeing to all of our terms in the settlement.
