Since 2010 I had a good relationship with Morrison& Masters No complaints whatsoever , Peter Riddle did all my deals till Now never had a problem I thank you for your service and I like your sense of hummer

Never had a problem with Peter Riddle. I have used him for a total of 4 house purchases over the last few years and all have gone smoothly. He provides all necessary information and I find him very professional and extremely thorough!
This is a small business and his secretary deals with queries in a satisfactory manner.

There’s a way of wording things and being professional at the same time.
This truly shows that type of person you are, taking time out to send such appalling letter and the poor reviews on your page reflect this.
If I came across this review, I wouldn’t do business with your company. As you have no manners or customer service skills.
Based on his response, you can tell you took great pleasure in responding the way did..business can’t be doing too good, as you wouldn’t have taken time out to send such appalling response. Also like to make you aware of your solicitor and would like to think you have common sense. I don’t have access to the information you have. When I checked online it brought up your address..I'm sure you’ve made several errors in your lifetime, especially as a solicitor. I guess this, is a response of a small narrow minded person, what a sad man..

Used Tom from M&M for the conveyancing of both selling and buying for my latest house move, kept me up to date at all times and was oro-active in chasing up and down the chain when needed. Would certainly use him again were I planning to ever move house a further time.

Everyone who works here seems to be the rudest people, working for a broker firm I work with a variety of solicitors and I have never delt with such rudeness ever, I will advise my clients never to use them, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I have contacted Peter Riddle countless of times and been promised a phone call back, did not ring me back once and ignored all my emails, eventually he finally replied after weeks of trying to get hold of him.

Andrew Gascoigne is so rude, talks down to you, one worded answers, speaks to you like your thick and speaks down to you.

For a person who is on the same side as ourselves in helping our clients buy their house they really like to fight you along the way.
