I have bought and sold dental practices through Morr and co. Louise, Ben, Holly and the team have been exceptional. Their attention to detail and always working for the best interests for their client is incomparable. Thank you to Louise and her team for making the transactions as seamless as possible. I highly recommend this firm.

Would give 0 if I could. Poor communication by the firm, we weren’t direct clients of theirs but our buyers used this firm and the process got dragged along so much for incompetent solicitors (Nicole lush in this case) who would not respond to anyone (estate agents, our buyer, our solicitors..) but picked up the phone to our vendors solicitors who were frustrated with the delay and only as she probably didn’t know their number. On the day of exchange again no updates from her until close of end of the day. Absolute appalling service, our buyer has told us they wouldn’t recommend them to their worst enemy.

Extreme Delays, Misinformation, and Negligence. Almost collapsed our sale and cost us £10k.
I cannot warn people enough to avoid Morr Law. We were the sellers in a transaction where the buyers used this firm, and their handling of the case was nothing short of shambolic.
Key issues during our 5-month ordeal:
Zero Communication: After receiving the contract pack on Nov 13th, the firm went silent for 5 weeks. We only found out the original solicitor had left the firm after weeks of being ignored.
Incompetence: Once Nicole Lush took over, the process stalled further. She repeatedly requested documents (like PRC certificates) that our solicitors had already sent three times.
Legal Misguidance: Nicole repeatedly provided incorrect advice regarding a deed of easement, scaring our buyers unnecessarily. It reached a point where a junior paralegal at our firm had to explain basic property law to her.
Intentional Interference: Most shockingly, she suggested a £10k price reduction to the buyer based on her own legal misunderstandings—likely to cover for her own delays.
The sale only progressed when a senior member took over while Nicole was on holiday, confirming her "concerns" were non-issues. If we hadn’t been in direct contact with our buyers to salvage the relationship, this firm would have collapsed the entire chain. Avoid at all costs—especially Nicole Lush.
They sat on documents for 3 months without action. Nicole Lush repeatedly gave incorrect legal advice regarding the property boundary that was eventually overruled by her own senior colleagues. Her incompetence led to a £10k price drop and nearly cost us our onward purchase. They are unresponsive, understaffed, and seemingly unaware of basic property law.
There were ignoring our buyer for weeks, they never responded to our solicitors and just tried to cause delays to every single step of the way. Our buyer, our estate agency and our solicitors were ignored on all emails, calls and any attempts to get a response from this firm. Morr Law has ignored everyone for weeks and weeks.
We had direct contact with our buyer who showed us emails from Morr Law where we saw lies after lies blaming everyone else but their own negligence. We have proof of everything mentioned above as I've mentioned we had direct contact with our buyer.
Avoid this firm if you are in need of good, quick, responsible and responsive solicitors that will handle your case professionally.

REDHILL BRANCH:
In an industry that can sometimes communicate a desensitised approach paticularly in larger organisations, it is praise indeed when the face of this company feels individual encompassing clients needs from the outset communicating a genuine desire to leave you feeling they have completed to a high standard. Holly Chantler clearly values and runs a supportive team and it shows. Sarah Coke is an absolute asset to the team, previous dealings with this company with Natalie Payne left us feeling the same. Kelly is someone who you are so glad has picked up your call as lovely to deal with (finance dept).
Overall highly recommend 5*

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Emma McLoughlin of Morr & Co in advising me on my settlement agreement. From the outset, Emma demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and a clear commitment to client care.
She explained the legal position and the terms of the agreement in a clear, structured, and understandable way, ensuring that I was fully informed before making any decisions. Emma was consistently responsive and thorough in answering my questions, and her calm, practical approach helped remove much of the stress from what could otherwise have been a very difficult process. At all times, I felt confident that my interests were being carefully protected and that the matter was being handled efficiently and diligently.
The process was managed smoothly and without unnecessary delay, and Emma’s approachable and reassuring manner made a significant difference in helping me feel supported and guided throughout.
I would also like to recognise the valuable assistance provided by Freya Caris, Legal Support Assistant at Morr & Co. Freya was professional, courteous, and highly organised in coordinating communications and documentation, ensuring everything progressed promptly and seamlessly. Her support played an important role in maintaining the high standard of service I experienced.
Overall, the service I received was of an exceptionally high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Emma McLoughlin and her team to anyone seeking knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely supportive legal advice in employment law matters.
