Appalling. Poor communication, unclear process, lack of duty of care, don’t work in the interest of the client.

Awful firm, had to chase Leah Boswell all the time for updates. Never contacted me i was always the one emailing, calling. Did not listen to anything whatsoever that i said in previous statements. The medical that she organised was a waste of time as the Dr did not listen to any of my injuries which in the settlement fee was down played massively. Wish i could of chosen a more professional outfit instead of these. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Only tell lies they don’t act the way should be, Very poor levels of service, would not use again !

Doesn't act in clients best interests. Emails are abrupt. What should have been a straight forward case, we have now dropped because these 'solicitors' couldn't get the job done on our behalf and instead allowed defamatory comments from the third party which in turn caused more stress. Also putting it across to us in words which made it all seem pointless. Just not worth it at all, after attending a face to face medical and a video call assessment which were both decided in our favour and was proof and evidence against the third party, it was all a waste of our time. Wouldn't recommend and not at all happy.. third party insurers are happy to have a driver on the roads who is a liability and it seems this company is also happy with that 🤔

This was an ongoing case for nearly TWO YEARS. which still couldn't get sorted....
Useless

Absolutely appalling representation, this company stalls, they tell lies and they don't act in their clients best interests whatsoever. I am disgusted that they are still licensed to even advertise as solicitors - they truly don't deserve the 1 star I have to give them.
Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs - go somewhere else and save your money, time, peace of mind. They will drag your case out so they can make money out of your misery.
