I just wanted to thank Mark for his recent help on my mother’s estate. He listened to us and helped explain the legalities in simple understandable English which helped know exactly what had to be done and realistic time scales (in far he far exceeded what we had been told by others). Mark ensured the Grant was obtained in a timely and efficient manner. Mark also discussed with us the option of what he called a Deed of Variation, we had no idea this even existed, so we were extremely grateful we got the right advice at the right time. It looks like we have saved nearly £150k that could have potentially been lost, all this for a reasonable fixed fee.
