My initial experience was disappointing, and I nearly left matters there after struggling for weeks to arrange a visit for my 90-year-old mum regarding her LPA. Communication at the start was slow, and I spent a long time chasing responses, which was stressful given the circumstances.

However, I feel it’s only fair to update my review because Hayley Dent went above and beyond to help us in the end. Once involved, she worked hard to get both the LPA and my mum’s Will arranged quickly and professionally. My mum had moved location by then, which meant over an hour’s drive, yet the firm did not charge extra for this.

Given how important and time-sensitive these matters became, I’m genuinely grateful for Hayley’s compassion, effort and professionalism during a very difficult period for our family.
